Fossilized Bison Bones
We had a fantastic opportunity to travel with family and friends to the Nishna Bend recreation area in Harlan IA to do a little manual dredging for fossil Bison remains. We found a lot of little tarsal parts and some tibia. Many of he specimens were donated for display at the local facility there.
